- Shrimp - My boyfriend loves shrimp. I do not. Everything about it gives me the creeps. However, he and his boys have it a lot, so I really want to like it. So far, I've gotten to the point where I can eat a little bit of popcorn/batter fried shrimp. Anything more adventurous than that is still beyond my comfort zone.
- Pork/Ham - I adore bacon. Crispy bacon is a beautiful thing. It makes almost everything better. However, other types of pig meat are not so wonderful to me. I can now eat ham that has been fried and I will sometimes have a little taste of pulled pork or a pork chop. Both of these are foods I need to try in more forms.
- Sausage - There seem to be many types of this food. I do like li'l smokies wrapped in bacon or dough, and I've had a bit of success with trying brat type sausage. However, I tried andouille sausage once, and I about threw up. I can eat some ground sausage (mild) if it's mixed in with a pasta sauce or something, but I much prefer beef.
- Artichoke - So far, I'm not a fan.

Foods I'm Working On
Some foods are pretty easy to like once I try them. When my sister made Jerk Tilapia, and I tried fish for the first time since eating fish sticks as a very small child, there was no going back. I was hooked. However, there are other foods that take a great deal of time and work to get to a point where I really can say that I like them. Broccoli was like this.
